Charity Rising was originally formed in 2012 at the request of our first client. We had worked with them for more than ten years when their business model changed necessitating the use of an association management company. They expressed their confidence in us by asking me to provide management services independently. We operated as Innovative Management Solutions, LLC from 2012 until February 2017 when a business based decision prompted our corporate headquarters relocation to Texas. Due to incorporation requirements in Texas we changed the name of the company to Charities Rising with both Innovative Management Solutions and Charity Rising as tradenames.
